You want Moorhead City, it is great.

I recommend Discovery out of Moorehead City. If you go out of Wilmington try Aquatic Adventures. I used to live in NC and those two are who I would go out with the most. Spar is a great dive and one highlighted on Shark Week on the Discovery Channel. Long trip out but great dive with usually great vis. Papoose is closer in and also has Sandtigers, and a shallower dive at about 60-70 feet.

I am going to Morehead sept 10th diving on the 11 and 12th. I am diving with olympus dive center. They have a bunk house and it only cost 25 per night. With the 2 charters and the bunk house for 3 days it only came to 325. You should check out there website olympusdivecenter.

Well I was going to try to go the week before you guys will be there (5th/6th time frame) but I had to drop the gear off for some maintainance and the tanks off for VIP. That said, it may push me back, so maybe I will see ya.
I will let you know if so and what comes of my plans.
