I`m an instructor in Bossier City, La. I`ve been certified since `88 and been diving in Mexico many times along with the Keys. I like to explore shipwrecks and my passion is spearfishing. It`s like entering the foodchain and then fighting for your prize. I go to oil rigs in the Gulf Of Mexico, it`s a great adrenalin rush for me. I also teach EFR/CPR.

I’ve "suffered" from this first hand. When you’re a student and just learning it all, this attitude affects knowledge. As a student I did not know who to believe and had it not been for some really straight talking folks I don’t think I’d have ever gotten the information I needed to make an informed decision! Putting down competition only proves you have something to fear from them.

Man i know, we had an awesome time. I tell you those sharks were pretty bad, but at the same time really cool...at least the 1 i got to see anyway. You know the last time we went we saw not a one, but that only makes me think were they there and we just did not see them?

Wow that does sound like an incredible experience. I would just have been nervious that they might have tipped the sailboat! But I’m sure it was really cool and you got some awesome pics from it! : )
