I am fairly new to the diving world. I got certified in January 2009 and from the time I took my first breath underwater I was hooked like a crackhead finding a 500 pound crack rock. I can’t get enough of it. I started my OW certification at Red River Scuba in Bossier City, La but could not finish it before the winter. I started the certification because some friends were getting married on Caye Caulker Island in Belize. I did my check out dives there along side of some friendly eagle rays, a six foot green moray eel, and the second largest reef system in the world. I’m surprised I did all of my skills right because I was not paying attention to the instructor. Since then my wife and I spent our honeymoon on the Island of St. Lucia. I got to do some diving and snorkeling there, but not as much as I would have liked. It is a great island. As they would say "no pressure, no problem." I can’t wait to go diving again.
