Bottoms Up Dive Club located in Bossier City, LA 71111

Welcome to the meeting place of the “Bottoms Up Dive Club.” The purpose of this club is to promote and encourage scuba diving in a safe and sane manner. Also to promote a forum for those with a common interest in scuba diving to discuss the sound benefits and pleasures derived from organized diving activities.

We are a Louisiana based organization designed to offer it’s members an opportunity to network through a social environment to simply find the best deals on diving, trips, equipment, and much, much more. We are able to come together and share our diving experience and promote diving to it’s members.

Ended up going to Lake Travis over the 4th of July weekend. I have a friend going through DM training in Austin so I decided to visit.

We took a boat charter with Lake Travis Scuba. It ended up just being my friend, the DM, the boat captain, and I. We had a lot of room on the boat. With more divers things could get a little cramped. Richard (the boat captain) was really cool guy.

For a half day, 2 tank dive, the cost was just $40. Definitely recommended if you find yourself near Austin.

Kevin and I ended up going to Terrell on Saturday. With all the rain didn’t know what the viz would be at Broken Bow or De Gray. Seems like we both had ear problems. My right ear wouldn’t clear at first. Must have been blocked up, but eventually got that taken care of. We both got some good practice in. The temp at the surface as about 73 and 63 past 30ft. The visibility at Terrell was on and off. Some spots were bad, and others it was fairly good.

Hey, Change the "edit profile" part of the club because I was able to get in and change things. We don’t want people to have access to that
