I’m new to diving and want to build it into my regular routine! I’m hoping to find a buddy(ies) to dive with on the weekends, or in the evenings around the greater Seattle area.

I totally understand, and yeah I noticed there aren’t alot of people using this site :/ Meetup isn’t too handy either. My last dive was 2 years ago in back in Michigan. I’ve had a refresher course in the meantime. I’m going to get my gear checked next weekend and then after that I should be good to go. Sound good?

Hey there! Looking to do a dive at Redondo Beach in mid-April. Just something chill to start the season. If you’re interested let me know thanks!

Hi! So first I suck for not replying last April when you messaged me. I’m never on this. Second. I dive pretty much every Saturday. I saw a sixgill at redondo about 2 months ago. So I’d be down to go back. When was the last time you were in the water? My buddy and I would be totally cool with you tagging along. We take pictures and are pretty chill.

So you think a full body 7mm w/hood would be fine this time of year?

Thank you for adding me! I moved here from Michigan, so when does the wetsuit season typically start here?

Puget sound sortof stays in the 50’s range year round (give or take a few degrees). Most of us dive drysuits, but you can do a wetsuit year round, just depends on how easily you get cold. I did wetsuit dives through winter, and just switched over.
