What’s the cost-of-living like in Roatan?

Around $1200 usd/month if you keep it simple. I usually get by on about half that but I don’t use air con or have cable tv. I keep it extra simple.

That’s awesome man. What does a 3 bedroom house/condo rent for down there? Is the area safe for kids?

Greg most of the places I’ve stayed are 2 bedroom. Anywhere from $200 to $500/month. Let me look around and see. I’d say it’s safe as anywhere for children. But yea I’ll take a look around.
