Comments you post on your profile are only easily visible by your dive buddies. I would suggest you search past forum topics for suggestions on dive sites, and add a new forum topic if your questions are still unanswered.

I just got back from a cruise to those places last month. Cozumel was nice, I just felt rushed, and they wanted to charge you for every little thing. Afterwards tey wanted to charge me for a disk of pictures for $130. No thanks. I LOVED Roatan. I went on the diving with dolphins excursion and it was completely worth every penny!!! They allowed (Anthony’s Key Resort) allowed you to take your camera and take as many pictures as you wished. At the end you could purchase a DVD of your entire time there for $45 which was very reasonable. Everyone was very friendly. It was the best diving experience I have ever had. I did not dive Belize, but my buddies on the cruise did. They said they spent more time traveling than in the water, but it was a great dive. Hope this helps!
