Looking for friends diving or planning to dive in Oregon or Washington!
My adventure started in November ’09. My husband, certified for a number of years, signed us up for a dive trip to Cozumel. I figured I better get certified, then.
When I first started I liked diving. After our first trip to Cozumel (Jan 2010) I really liked diving. Returning to the cold waters of the PNW I found out that I really, REALLY liked diving and found myself distracted, wondering about all sorts of technical things I usually wouldn’t have cared about. And after we went to Maui (May 2010) and I actually found myself missing my cold home waters...
I knew I was obsessed.
So be it.
My goal is to continue to develop as a strong, self sufficient (but buddy or group oriented) rec diver who tends towards the philosophy of a tech diver. A strong methodology speaks to me and seems the best way to excel and be the best diver I can be for myself, but also for someone else should they ever need it.
