Liveaboard - Rent or take your own gear?

Want to do a liveaboard solo as none of my buddies can commit. For those that have liveaboard experience; Do you rent or take your own gear? I hear some take, some rent, some take partial (like a mas k and computer)
What personal gear do you fly with when going on a liveaboard?

THANKS!

I’ve always taken my own gear everything but the weights

I take all my own gear, except tanks and weights of course. The Palau and Fiji Aggressor crew are awesome, and I’m sure their rental gear was well maintained, but with 5 or 6 dives a day I was glad I had my own comfortable and fitted fear.
