In light of specific individuals wanting there on-line status hidden. How does everyone feel about making one`s profile as a accept/decline option? So that before someone can view all of your profile they actually have to send a request to that individual asking for acceptance? Just wondering.......................

I`ve never been able to understand hiding your profile on a networking site. At least not for most people. It kind of defeats the purpose doesn`t it? I can understand people like teachers and cops going private on a major site like myspace though. What I`d like to see is an approval for people to add you to their friends list.

I`m with Mike on this one. If you don`t want others to see info about you, then why do you take the time to create a profile in the first place? You could just be a stalker and not sign in, then no one would know you were here, but then you also couldn`t post, which would give you away anyhow. I also agree that it would be nice to be able to approve a buddy to add you on their list. As it is now, someone could just add everyone they wanted to, and work their way right up the popular list. LOL

Privacy concerns are important to me so I love hearing these comments/suggestions. I am going to create a way to auto-approve or manually approve buddy requests...maybe even today if I have time. Regarding not showing the profile until you are granted access, unless I get more demand for that one, I`m going to keep it like it is for now. You can set your profile to private, which means only limited information is shown to non-members, but your whole profile is viewable by members to the site that are logged into the member`s area.

Your feedback helps to grow the site and makes it a place everyone can enjoy!

I just completed the feature to auto approve or manually approve new buddy requests. Please report any errors to me. Thanks, Greg
