Air-Powered Cars - Good Business for Dive Shops?

I wonder if the new Air-Powered Cars will be good business for Dive Shops?

Dive shops could offer a tank fill-up service to these types of cars. They would need to route their air hoses so cars can pull in near the store to fill-up their tanks.

I can’t find the exact size of the air tanks on these cars, but I’ve seen specs that indicate it could be 2 x 125 liter tanks or one 175 liter tank. Either way, their "assumed" costs of filling up the tank(s) are extremely low. I’ve read some articles that estimate it will only cost between $2-$3 for an air fill. Unless they are using un-filtered air, I don’t see how the cost of air is that cheap. I wonder if un-filtered air would wear out the engine faster?

What do you think? Should Dive Shops try to offer this service?

I think our English divers/drivers will see the problem with this air powered Reliant and it isn’t air fills! Cars/trikes with one front have a bad habit of rolling over on sharp turns. There is even a Reliant racing series that’s more like a demolition derby and fun to watch as the cars roll off the corners :)

Now an air powered boat with a long hose would be good for us as long as the J-valve leaves enough air to get home :)

Never going to happen. These guys were on shark tank and only had rights in Hawaii and were totally clueless about business and getting licensed in other states. Maybe someone can steal their ideas???

It will only work if the cabin is air-tight.
