Quiz 1 - as a Solo Diver Instructor Trainer I take umbrage with the value of a dive buddy question. :P
Navigation was a bit jerky. On first question I clicked submit and it took me back to first question again. On fifth question I hit submit and it paused my test taking me completely out of the quiz. At least it paused my quiz and allowed me to go back in where I left off rather than leaving me with a mark of shame (a 40%, failing) on a basic knowledge quiz. :)

You were most likely taking the quiz while I was making another change, that’s the reason for the problems in navigation.

Once done with a quiz, you can also choose to retake it. This will delete all your answers and allow you to retake the whole quiz.

Regarding Difficulty levels. My son Chris came up with these: Shrimp = Easy, Tuna = Moderate, Shark = Hard. Once I develop more quizzes, you’ll see more categories and difficulty levels.

Don’t worry about the quiz content right now (ie: questions and answers)...just test the navigation and overall functionality. The questions and answers can and will be changed later.

QUIZ 2 QUESTION 1 at 99 ft how much MORE pressure, would be THREE. since you have established one atmosphere at the top, and there are three att’s at 99ft, should not the question beHOW MANY att’s would be pressent at 99 ft ?

From SCUBASMITTY: QUIZ 2 QUESTION 1 at 99 ft how much MORE pressure, would be THREE. since you have established one atmosphere at the top, and there are three att’s at 99ft, should not the question beHOW MANY att’s would be pressent at 99 ft ?... I agree with SCUBASMITTY. The ambient pressure at 99 feet is four atmospheres, which is four TIMES the pressure at the surface, but only three TIMES MORE THAN the pressure at the surface. A better way to phrase the question would be, "What is the ambient pressure in atmospheres at 99 feet?"

From divingbear: Thank you, my daughter (12) and I had a blast taking and discussing the tests.... That is awesome to hear. I also took the quizzes with my kids. You should ask your daughter to come up with a good list of questions and answers that her age group would enjoy. Something scuba related of course. Then send it my way and I’ll post on the site.
