sorry for the late response. i`m sure there are some that will work that deep, the U 701 is usually covered with sand and has strong current where it is. you can get lucky sometimes and hope its not covered, its 120 feet deep

yep we were able to keep any treasure, i also have an ash tray from the cigar bar and a glass. do you read Wreck Diving Magazine? Richie wrote a story on our trip and some of my photos were picked which was way cool.

they are from the Russian ocean liner Lermontov in NZ it was the 20th annivesary of the sinking when we were there. they came from the officers quaters.

Yep once a year a group of us get together and go lobster hunting and NC has some BIG ones. got a trip going Oct 9-16

Hi , welcome to dive buddy, I have watched the clip you refer to on youtube, It’s very disturbing to watch, I have no idea how this happened, but for sure it was no shark attack as some people think, I am very sure that the more experienced divers on here will be able to give more information as to how this could happen, maybe it was his way of taking his own life, who really knows what really happened is no longer alive to tell us, why not post your question on the dive blog...............Maurice
