I began diving in 1990 in West Virginia, then became a dive instructor in 1998 while working for the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI) in Rancho Santa Margarita, California . There I helped develop training materials and served as the Assistant Editor of The Undersea Journal. From 2000 to 2011, I was the Director of Education for Divers Alert Network (DAN). I am currently the Lessons for Life columnist for Scuba Diving Magazine.

I currently write full time, working on a series of diving thriller novels and short stories. The sixth dive adventure novel, Return to Cayman, will be out soon. I also co-authored Scuba Diving Safety with Dan Orr.

I posted the following survey question for two days...here are the results:

Are you a member of the Divers Alert Network (DAN)?

129 total results:

Yes 73 (57%)
No 50 (39%)
What is that? 6 (4%)

Thanks for adding a link to DiveBuddy.com from your website! I would love for you to write some stories in our blog section? You could post an occasional short story to help promote your site and other books for sale. As long as you give our members something valuable (like a good read), I would have no problem with a blurb at the end that promotes your other stuff.
