Hey Buddies

Does anyone know Stella Salazar, at the Santa Rosa Dove Center, and if she has a website or email address. I am planning to dive there on my route 66 trip in September and want to book a tank, weights, etc. I need to find out whether you can solo dive, which I have done in the UK.
