Wrecks around Puerto Rico?

I’m heading to PR for prez week in Feb.
I would like to do a wreck dive, but I don’t see any on the scuba earth page.
Are there any wrecks around the North East of PR? I’m staying at the Wyndam Rio Mar.
Does anybody have any firsthand knowledge of dive operators in the area?

THanks,
Hal

There two known wrecks in Puerto Rico. One in Culebra - A Tug Boat and another in Aguadilla, B29.
That side of the island does not offer the best diving you need to head west. See my other post abouit PR. I was born and raised there. I am heading to PR in Feb for vacation. I have not set a date yet. But if you are ther while I am in the island send me a PM...

Info on the B29 - history.navy.mil/branches/org12-6d.htm, here is You Tube video of the site. Is for experienced divers as is 120+ deep w currents etc. Puerto Rico technical Divers
technicaldivingpr.com/ and Encanto divers go there often.encantodivers.com/

Here is some info on the tug boat: gopuertorico.about.com/od/beneaththewaves/tp/DiveSites.htm
•The Wit Power is a sunken tugboat resting a mere 40 feet below the surface. As far as shipwrecks go, this is certainly one of the most accessible, and because the Wit Power has been here since 1984, divers will find plenty of coral, turtles, fish and other marine life.

culebradivers go there often. culebradivers.com/

In that area there are several ops, Scuba Dogs, in San Juan, AKuasport ( he is a mmeber in this site), Casa del Mar etc.

Enjoy my island!!!

I’ll be renting a car while I’m there, so this may be an option. Thanks!
