I wear a diveskin (lycra) suit under my suit. It keeps the outer (wet or semidry) suit from sticking.
I also use surgilube (or other water based lube gel) to help slide the seals (semi-dry or dry).
The other thing that you can try is to put a plastic bag over your hands/feet and then slide the suit/seal over the bag, then remove the bag after the suit is on.
Do not use a petro based lube.
