Just relocated to Clermont, Florida (near Orlando)

My name is Ron. I have been a member of for a while. I am certified through several agencies and in a number of specialties.

I support and promote sustainable use and responsible stewardship of the oceans and their resources. I also support research that will lead us to this end.

I don’t smoke. I do enjoy a little beer or wine occasionally.

I don’t do drugs of any kind and; I don’t hang around people who do drugs...

I am an advocate for manned undersea research and habitation.

A sad loss. This reminds us that although SCUBA diving has become a "relatively" safe sport. There are still very real and serious risks involved...:

Thank you for the artical link chief. One cannot be reminded too often that we are trained for a reason. Things can still go wrong and that puts our training to the test we hope we never fail.

I dove Tavernier twice and it was so awesome! I can’t live in the Keys, nothing to do, but Miami? For sure!
