I don’t have all the answers, but I will put in my two cents and hopefully be able to help steer you in the right direction. I have a few thoughts about your issues...

1) it sounds as though you may need to adjust your altitude, and you can find the procedure for this on page 44 in your manual. I’m thinking that correcting the altitude will have a lot to do with your depth being incorrect.

2) I don’t know about the Scubapro, but with my Oceanic computer if I surface for LESS than 10 minutes and go back down it continues the time as if it were the same dive. This may explain why it only counted two dives.

3) Since your depth is not reading correctly, once the computer is active (getting wet) it is thinking you are at depth, when really you are on the surface... which may explain why your elapsed dive time was so much longer.

I would try calibrating the altitude and see if this solves the majority of your problems... if not I would definitely take it back to the shop you bought it from and explain why it is faulty. Chances are they will work with you to replace it or send it into Scubapro under warranty.
