Drink even if you aren’t thirsty. Fruits are best as they tend to help you metabolize the water. if you aren’t peeing in your wetsuit you’re not drinking enough. Besides its one of the top five for avoiding DCS. And as stated above a sip of seawater won’t hurt.
Those breakfast sausages and bacon look good on the buffet but scrambled eggs fruit or cereal well before dive time is a better bet. ou may find it all improves as you gain experience
amd breath easier.
