I am new to scuba and just got my open water cert a month ago.
I would like to dive in Dutch Spring in PA. I am not very comfortable in deep water yet.
Do Dutch Spring has enough area of shallow water to practice my skills only?

Thanks in advance.

Where did you go to do your open water dives at, just curious. Plenty of shallow areas/attractions. The visibility is not that great right now just keep that in mind.
