We try to dive La Paz every couple of years. Will contact you next time. What about spring (April?) diving? We have only been there in Sept/Oct.

It is great all year round depending your preference. Larger species like whale shark, humpbacks and several other species of whale are common in oct/nov however I enjoy the reef activity in spring as well as the hammerheads, plus there is better visability and deliciously warm water!

Hi Kate,
I’m putting together a trip back down to Belize in Spring for Whale Shark sightings but I understand that they are more often seen in and around your area. Thoughts? ..I would also love to come down your way for some diving..Marcie

Hello Kate, I am heading to Cabo and La Paz in March. I am open to diving and if you have any suggestions on dive sites that would be great.

Oh my sorry I let this ride a bit. Marcie... The whale sharks are here now and people are experiencing them daily. It is a 15minute ride from my marina. Stunning and beautiful!! Water clarity is the issue right now. When coming here to Baja I would say Cabo Pulmo is a must. It is between la Paz and cabo. That would be my first choice. There are many great places north and south but that is the best experience!
