I`ve been wanting to dive for years. And even though my boyfriend/partner is a commercial diver, I never got around to doing it. Finally, when I turned 40 last month I decided that the gift I`d give to myself would be getting certified. So I made the child care arrangements (which had always been my excuse), and dove in. It was awesome. I`m not really an athlete, though I`ve always loved the water. This has been a personal challenge for me and I`m so stoked that I passed it. Now I`m really eager to keep growing in this sport and I`d really like to get hooked up with other folks who can help me learn about diving in Florida.
