Here are the results of the 2009 Scuba Retailer Survey. It seems a good portion of the scuba professionals that conducted the survey would agree to the following:

- Advertise more, both locally and online.
- Focus more on customer service.
- Social networking sites, like, are important to a scuba retailers success.
- Consider hosting a dive club and offer more local diving events/meet and greets.
