Medical complications

Well, it’s been about a year since I completed my last dive. Bad surgical complications (due to the doctor) have left me with a partially paralyzed right diaphragm that I’ve been working on since it happened. Worst part is that it means my chest can’t fully expand and the depths of the blue add more pressure. I’m seeing some progress and I found that I can fully expand my chest when in the local pool so shallow dive is next on the list. Wondering if anyone else out there has a suggestions on what I could do to rehab this problem? Worst part is I am now living in Hawaii and I am not able to make local dives to see the beautiful surroundings. Hope I can get out there soon.
