Hi,

I visited my son in Queensland, Australia earlier this year and did an introductory dive in Barrier Reef - absolutely loved it.

Got back to UK and immediately got myself booked on padi open water course. Just completed AOW and starting on the speciality dives :))) There’s life in this oldie yet!!

The trouble is, my other half is not keen, so am a little short on dive buddies as most I know prefer to dive in the warmer climes. Well, of course, we’d all like to do that but rather than wait until the next trip abroad I still think there’s plenty of great diving in the UK (the cold doesn’t bother me) and whether the novelty will wear off or not (I don’t think so) I just wanna dive almost every weekend. So if anyone near this neck of the woods doesn’t mind a fairly inexperienced diver as a buddy then I’d really like to hear from you !!!
