Hello!
My Name is Robert and I live in the Sacramento California Area.
I am new to the area, having moved here from San Diego last year, so I dont know very many people, let along other Divers.
If your local please drop me a message, it would be great to make some new friends espiecaly the ones that enjoy diving too...
Other then that I am a Single Parent with full time custody of my 12 Year old Son.

As far as Diving goes, I got my NAUI Open Water in June and have done 17 dives to date at a usual depth of 20 to 35 feet.
I have been diving about twice a week since my Cert.
All my dives have been local Rivers and Lakes, so I am used to Murky water with only 3 to 20 foot visibility, depending on area, depth, time and of course weather.

It has been a lot of fun diving the rivers since there is usually stuff down there to find.
Thus far I have found a couple sets of goggles, a snorkel, sunglasses, a nice Graphite Fishing pole which I gave to my Son, etc. most all of it was trash from sitting at the bottom of the river for so long, but its still fun to find.
My main thing is I can do tons of local dives & get my practice in so once I get back to the ocean it will be so pathetically simple.
( I have dove in Mexico & Hawaii, but that was a while ago, but was not certified at the time, so I don’t count those dives. )
I own all my own gear except for my Tank which I need to get Hydro tested, im generally avaible to dive anytime.
