The divemaster took a lighter and burned off any crap that had not been scrubbed off. It was fantastic to actually see on every dive.

I caught him off the coast of Fort Lauderdale in 70-75 fsw. Catching him was easy - getting himinto the bag was the hard part. Lotsa fun. He was estimated to be 15 yrs old. I didn`t bother mounting him I decided to cook him. Dismantled the legs and horns and steamed them with crabseasoning and butterflied the tail and slow roasted it with butter, garlic, lemon juice and white wine. Delicious!

I`ve only been diving about 20 times in cold NE ocean, NE fresh lake water and warm FL ocean waters as well. I`ve had two different masks that each worked well one time and then became a fog nightmare. I have received a lot of different advice on this website and had two dives canceled so I haven`t been able to try them out. But I will let you know how it goes. One person did suggest that I put my mask on under my hood. You could try that.
