I am a NAUI certified instructor in the Northern Kentucky area who offers small to private scuba instruction from open water through Dive Master. I also run local and regional trips. I believe that diving is a social sport and that divers enjoy spending time together out of the water as much as in the water, and try to make this as much of a social activity as possible. It’s not uncommon to host card parties or social gatherings at my home or schedule an impromptu dinner at a local restaurant with friends. If the weather is nice, we’ll dive locally just to get out and enjoy each other’s company, no strings attached.

I am married with 4 kids. My wife Elizabeth is my dearest dive partner, and we enjoy diving the Keys and throughout Florida together. I enjoy pretty much any of the outdoor sports and welcome anyone to give us a try.

nkydiver - 10/04/2013 8:04 AM For anyone interested in diving over the winter months, we have finalized a Crystal River trip for the week of February 10th through the 14th. We’ve updated the trip slightly this year to visit a few new dive sites, with the option to hit an extra site or two if anyone is interested in extra stops. 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot(s), with the remaining balance due by January 15. Price for Divers is $615 per person for the week. Non-diver rate is $485 for the week. nkydiver - 9/09/2013 10:07 PM Looking at a local dive weekend. Inviting divers and swimmers alike to White Rock quarry this weekend for a little diving before the water turns cool. We have been given permission to come out early so we have a full day there. Entry fee is 12.00 for either diving or swimming. I’ll verify pricing with the hotel this weekend and post a price on Monday, but it would include 2 nights hotel (double occupancy), 2 days entry into the park, and a tank rental if you need one. nkydiver - 7/19/2013 12:13 PM If anyone might be interested, it looks like we’ll be diving at Natural Springs up near New Paris, Ohio, on Saturday, July 27. I have a student that needs to start her open waters, may have a few interested non-divers looking at trying tandem diving, and a few certified divers just looking for an excuse to get wet. We’ll be heading up early that morning to get a spot and packing lunches to relax and have a morning/afternoon of dives. We’d love to meet anyone who wants to head up there.
