After many years of putting this off, I finally got my diving cert in May 2011. My plans are to travel the world and enjoy this new exciting world underwater. The profession I chose was flying - so I’ve seen the world from the air; now it’s time to see it under the seas.

I am very excited about this new adventure, and intend to become a divemaster and instructor. I finished up my rescue diver cert in June 2011. Being in the DC area makes it a little hard to get up and go dive. But I hope to link up with other "buddy-less" divers to go out and have fun, safe, adventurous dives all over the place. Doing things with a partner or friend is always better. I’m not looking for a romantic partner necessarily, but of course, you never know what can happen when the right people meet.
