It was between dives so only gear was on the boat. They were repositioning the boat when the motor quit and they couldn’t get it restarted. The boat got pushed into the rocks. Fortunately for me, I was done for the day but others in my group left their gear on the boat for an afternoon dive. Their gear got soaked in diesel fuel. Two other boats capsized that day before they closed the harbor. Nobody was hurt.
