Looking For: Dive buddy - just friends

I am new to diving but I love it. The only problem that I am finding is that my wife doesn’t want me to spend the money on the stuff the need. We live in Kentucky and there is some really cool diving places, I hear. The only diving that I have done so far is quarry diving but I am working on a trip. I am looking forward to hearing / learning from more experienced divers.
