Just joined site.....I’m curious about Aggressor’s claim they do not have wait lists for charters. Briefly, I am a member of Aggressors’ Dive the World Club and have been on 7 charters with them over the years. I always do liveaboards (LBs) with a couple that I travel with extensively as a single diver. We made reservations for the 8/24 Belize charter and one of the couple broke her wrist and cannot go. No problem for them as they took out trip insurance and Aggressor will be reimbursed from the insurance company. I called Aggressor to see if the boat is full and they said it is. I asked if I could be refunded my fare if someone from the wait list took my place and was told they do not maintain wait lists and never have. This does not make any sense to me from a business standpoint, and I seem to recall being on an Aggressor wait list some years back for a charter that ultimately did not have any cancellations. Has anyone ever been on a wait list with Aggressor or have knowledge of anyone that has?
