Pop Up Ads are driving me crazy!

Is anybody else seeing the repeating Drunk Driving Commercial that shows up as a pop-up ad on divebuddy.com? Everytime I click on something or scroll down a page it pops up in spite of the fact that I have a pop-up blocker enabled.

I cannot navigate through the site without, continually, having to close the pop up. It is dreadfully annoying.

I can’t even preview or edit this message, it has shown up twice since I started. Greg Please help!

This might be ad brite. I tried using them along with Google AdSense...but I’m removing them now. Let me know if it works. I hate pop-ups and I never meant to have those on the site. If you see them again, right click on the ad and email me the url so I can track this down. Thanks!

Thanks for the response. I was pretty sure it wasn’t something you were intentionally adding to the site.

Wouldn’t you know it, since I posted to the forum, it has only shown up one more time. Maybe I scared it away!

I will get the URL to you if it shows up again.

Mine is set on Nuclear! I haven’t seen a pop up ad in years, unless I specifically allow them at a particular web site each and every time I visit the site. Oddly enough after I commented in the Forum the pop-ups stopped. Greg must have gotten right to work on it.

Yes, I removed the ad network that I thought was the culprit and I guess the popup’s went away. I never see any popup’s on my end...so if you ever see any, get the url (right click and choose properties on the ad) and send it to me so I can track it down and stop it. Popups make a site look very un-professional and I personally can’t stand them...so I vow to NEVER have popup’s on the site.

Unless it’s a popup with a picture of me saying "Thanks for being a divebuddy member!" :)
