 GoPro Hero 7 Black settings

I’m trying to figure out the best underwater dive settings for my GoPro. I have googled and most signs point to 2.7k and 60fps but any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have the same camera but set at 1440 Res, 60 fps, Wide fov.
