The only time I feel queasy sometimes is on the dive boat in 4 - 6 foot seas. But once I’m in the water, I feel better instantly.

The article you quoted is correct - avoid the gassy foods. Most of the dive boats serve fruit and veggies between dives, which are gassy. I bring a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with me and a bottle of Snapple iced tea to replenish my energy between dives.

Reflux has only happened to me once during an accent and I figured it was something I ate :(

The other thing that makes me fell sick is the wet suit hood, I’ve switched to a 2/3 mil hooded vest with a beaniie so i have 6 mil on my head but only 2 mil wrapped around my throat.
