I’ve had a chronic problem with my right ear my whole life. I would get inner ear infections at least 3 times a year. After I started diving the amount of problems were reduce by more then half. I can still have problems clearing it if I go a long time without diving. I’ve done all the techniques. The more I dive the easier it is and the less problems I have. I tired to get my doctor to write me a script for diving.LOL

Yea, for some reason I have the same problem with my right ear. What I do is tilt my head to the left and while I do that I do the Valsalva maneuver. And that seems to do the trick.

I hate to sound picky, but you are clearing your middle ear, not your inner ear.
