Diving with the manatee’s Crystal River Florida it is getting close to the best time to dive with the manatee’s who wants to plan a manatee trip Crystal River?

I’m going to be in Homosassa visiting my son and his kids around Christmas but I’m sure my wife and grandaughter will want to swim with the manatees too so we may have our own boatload. Better still would be to set up his bass boat for diving :)

Sounds like a good time with the family! I have been there many times in the years past with different dive ops. When my son was in the Boy Scouts I rented a pontoon boat from the shop at the Best Western the cheapest to rent gear, boat or charter or guided tour from if you need a one. Very good to deal with! I will post a link later.

Water is not cold enough yet for a lot of manatees yet but will be soon! Maybe between Christmas and New Years or after? Have to wait and see what the wheather does and watch to see what tbe manatees decide.

Last month I spent a weekend between business trips in FL and did an impromptu manatee snorkel and guided cavern dive trip with American Pro had a BLAST at Crystal River. While we had quite a few, there were not a lot.....50 or so during the trip. Already making plans to take the family back with next time. :-)
