Traveling to the Florida Keys 4-9 of September with a group. Staying at the Key Largo Inn and diving Quiescence Diving Services in the mornings. I’m looking for a different dive shop to use in the afternoons. Any suggestions? Do any provide dive guides as part of the service or do they all have to be hired separately? And last but not least .... does anyone know the current water temperature?? Trying to figure out which wetsuit to take.

Sea Dwellers are good guys. Make sure to dive the Spiegel Grove.

Doing that many dives go for a full 3 or 5 to stay warm all week. Water should be around 80.

I used a 2.5mm in July in Key Largo and it was way too warm. I did 4+ dives a day and was very comfortable with just a skin. But then again, there were some people with 5mm and hoods, so I guess everyone is different. Florida Keys Dive Center in Islamorada does dives to the USS Spiegel Grove and I enjoyed my dives with them.

Have fun, I love diving down there.
