Dh and I are newly AOW cert. (Hawaii!!! woot woot!), and both wanting to blow some bubbles before our next trip to Coz 1st week in November. I always said I’d never dive in a lake EVER again, but you know how that goes. We’re desperate. haha!

Mammoth? Blue Lagoon? Don’t even suggest 288 lake ;).

Any suggestions?

Blue lagoon has more viz., mammoth lake has fish and more sunken stuff. Blue lagoon surrounding area is much nicer so your surface intervals will be more pleasant.

We will be at BL on October 5, 6, & 7th with a class - you are welcome to join us for a tune-up before you head out to Coz. We will also be getting in at least one night dive - probably Saturday.

hey Ben! I’ll be out of town that weekend, but keep me posted if you go out another weekend.

I noticed from your profile that you frequent Coz and Playa del Carmen. We’ve been to Coz twice, diving with bluextsea, but never playa. Do you have any recommendations for playa?

Dh and I will be diving BL this Sunday. I’m guessing we can just go and dive? Not necessary to be with a class? Well, we shall soon find out! :-)
