I have used two digitals with housings. First one was a Nikon 3.8 mp. The new is a Sony 12 mp in a Sony housing. I like them both but have not had a chance to use them all that much.I will upload some pics in the next few days. Both housings are pretty compact, so they an even fit in a BC pocket. I also have a Nikonus, but a lot of the diving I end up doing is beach diving and don`t want to be draging that through the send and all. Hope this helps.

Well I did it, purchased the INtova IC 600. Should be here in a day or 2. Camera, Strobe, underwater housing, 12X soom lens and 2gig sd card.

I just purchased the Intova 600 as well. I desperately want to get some pictures of my escapades and figure I will start out inexpensive. I would love a Sealife DC1000 but its a little steep! Let me know how yours works for you and I will do the same!

I have the Intova 600, and strobe. I love it and got some great pics from Belieze last summer. It also does a good job on video.

I started with (and still have ) the IC 500; all the shots on my profile and video too were shot with it, with only the internal flash when needed. It’s worked great for hundreds of photos: can’t wait to get one of the newer models!

I ordered the 600 online for a good price and it said "IN STOCK". Quickly after ordering divers-supply informed me it went on backorder. I then found for a little more I could get the IC10 from LeisurePro. I ordered it and it should be here soon. I am going to use it at first without a strobe, I dont want world class pictures in the quarries just a way to capture what I do.

For all that read this. I got my IC10 and tried it out. I used the built in flash and did not use a lens filter. This picture was taken at about 15 ft.

Looks overexposed. You might ave had too high an ISO for the light that was available.

In response to the overexposed, if you have Adobe Photo Shop, there is a process and I do mean process that you can do the help some of your underwater shots.
Hope everyone is well.
