[Choose #1] A nice walk along the water from the boat to lunch and an ice cold beer. Works for me! I drink every day / nigtht when on Vaca but temper things the day / night prior to diving (and lots of water :)

[Choose #3] A drink or two shouldn’t be a problem, but if you get dehydrated, you’re asking for a hit of the bends.
