Ohh.. no. We were just up in Reno for a wedding and Greg (owner of Divebuddy) and our son did some shore diving in Lake Tahoe with another divebuddy member. It was so beautiful but so darn cold! Have fun. I know Greg would have loved to meet up with you and some more members. Next time! Be safe.

Dove just south of Tahoe City. It was cold! 50 degrees F. Bad weather outside so viz was not great. Started to hail after dive. I’ll write an article about the trip soon. Good experience though.

guys I had a great time! I went with scubamood.com. The DiveMaster Chris gave us 3 great dive sites!. Yes it was cold ,but so is Monterey.
The 1st one we did the Rubicon Wall It was pretty cool, Not much to see just a huge drop off! I went about 70ft, it got tooo cold .
Our next dive was going to be Emerald Island (Emerald Bay) but the boat traffic was crazy.
So we went to the barges. It was sooo cool lots to see!Emerald Bay Historic Barges(http://www.indiana.edu/~scuba/embay/index.html)

We talked Chris into taking us for one more dive at Whiskey Cove. This was a super shallow dive just for fun, we did some Crawl Dad hunting.... Lots of fun the VIS was like 60 feet here.
 Over all it was a great time with a bunch of good people. I am in Tahoe 2-3 times a month, if anyone wants to do it again with me let me know...... Yes I have to drink beer and eat Sushi at sushi pier, while I am there too =)
