I’ll be working by the back door at Exibitor Check-in or cruising the isles looking for travel deals, so many islands and so little time :(

Is there any reason I should drive from Philadelphia for this show?

Or is it like the sports shows? Just a lot of people trying to sell you stuff you really don’t need along with some very poor food?

I could stay in Philly for a gun show, and we know you can NEVER have too many guns. LOL!

If you don’t travel or use diveboats in the tri-state area, want to get touchy feely with new equipment, look at jewelry for your girlfriend, watch great video’s or want to attend free seminars then there is no reason to drive the two hours to the Meadowlands.

As for the poor food, get your hand stamped and go over to Outback or Cheeseburger in Paridise.

As we get closer to the show you might find a coupon on the DAN site for $$ off too.

I"ve gone for the past 3 years now and love it. Where esle can you go and be around so many people with the same passion for diving that I presume you have? I drive from Massachusetts and it’s worth it for me, I guess it’s personal taste. You do get to see all the newer toys and touch & feel, get deals on some gear, get measured by the manufactuere of things like drysuits if thats the direction you’re heading. There is a whole lot of vacation destination people there too as well as jewelry and the like. There are very informative seminars as "Lat" says and classes to take if you’re so inclined.
