Hi I have the same suit I wear a henderson Lycra skin under also have hood ed vist. When I put mine on I squat dowen to drop the sholder into the wet suit in stead of trying to pull it on up to the sholders also roll the cuff this seams to help. The other thing I heared that helps is boby shampoo
