All of them seem to offer some sort of cross over options. I`m a PADI instructor and I know we recognize the other organizations levels. I had a student who was an entry level NAUI diver...he took my Advanced class and was able to get the PADI Advanced certification without first having to go through the PADI Open Water Diver course.
