That depends on the type of diving you want to do. If you’re looking for ocean diving, the Gulf side in that area is not the best. But, there is a place out of Tarpon Springs (south of where you’ll be) at http://www.narcosisscuba.com/. They are a good dive shop.
If you want to dive some springs, head north to Williston and check out Blue Grotto, Devil’s Den, Paradise Springs, 40 Fathom Grotto, Manatee Springs. You can find them on the web -
