Hi Dave. I ended up making it to Rappahannock Quarry once in January. Scuba Shack in Fredericksburg has a diving event there on occasion.
I managed to link up with a few people from ScubaBoard and the Lake Phoenix Facebook group. There are more people looking to dive down at Phoenix, so your chances of finding a buddy down there are better.
Let me know if you’d be game to hit Lake Phoenix sometime.
