You are in luck...there are quite a few divers near Clarksville, OH on DiveBuddy.com. Here is a direct link to our Scuba Page centered on Clarksville:

From there, you can see dive sites and divers. If you click on a diver, you can send them a direct message right from the pop-up window. OR you can visit nearby dive sites and click the "Who’s Been Here" tab to see which divers have been to that dive site. I’m sure others will reply to this forum topic, I just wanted to give you some info on how to find divers directly.
