There are some shore diving in Aguadilla PR which is about 40 miles north of La Parguera. I know the area very well so I can give you directions. If the weather is good you will like those places. Check out this website, http://www.divewestpr.com/. ( If you email the site owner he can help you out also , he is local and dive those sites a lot. He retired military) Click on Dive Sites. This site shows you the places and coordinates. Crashboat beach is one those places, ( http://www.tripadvisor.com/Attraction_Review-g580452-d629740-Reviews-Crashboat_Beach-Aguadilla_Puerto_Rico.html) I will be in PR in March, so I will send you my info in a PM and the time I will be there and maybe I can dive w you guys. You can rent a tank and weights locally at any of these two stores:
